Zach Cregger's newest addition to what we consider the horror genre is an absolute blast! Weapons is full of tension, scares, themes, and laughs, and we wholeheartedly recommend it if you haven't seen it yet. From its mystery, its characters, its storytelling, and its enjoyment factor, we look at every aspect of the film and discuss its place among recent additions to the horror genre, such as "Together" with Alison Brie and Dave Franco, and Coralie Fargeat's "The Substance" that received some love during the Oscars last year. Weapons is an excellent original concept, and we are looking forward to Cregger's next steps into the world of cinema! (Resident Evil, here we come!).
